A few things to know
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:30 and check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. The minimum check-in age is 18.
Is breakfast available?
Yes. Continental, buffet and gluten-free breakfast options include warm dishes, fresh pastries, fruit and juice.
Is the pool open all year?
The outdoor swimming pool is open year-round and welcomes guests of all ages. Loungers and umbrellas are available.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply; please contact us before booking.
Is parking available?
Free private parking is available on site without a reservation. Accessible parking and electric vehicle charging are available.
Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome; children aged 11 and above are counted as adults. Cribs for ages 0-4 and extra beds for ages 5+ are available on request at €30 per person, per night, subject to availability and the apartment selected.
What are the payment and cancellation conditions?
Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the accommodation selected. A €50 cash damage deposit is required on arrival and is refundable at check-out after inspection. Check the reservation page for the conditions of your stay.
What are the house rules?
Smoking and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
Is there a spa or airport shuttle?
Spa facilities, massages, wellness packages and a hot tub are offered at an additional charge. A paid airport shuttle is available. Contact us to arrange these services.
